Baileigh Bradley is an Associate at Carlin Edwards Brown Grobbel and Bellanca, PLLC, and was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 2025. She primarily focuses her practice on liquor licensing and regulatory compliance. Baileigh regularly attends licensing meetings, MLCC semi-annual meetings, and initial meetings with MLCC investigators in support of her liquor licensing and regulatory compliance practice. Baileigh earned her Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School, where she served as Secretary of the Women’s Law Society and was a member of the Vermont Journal of Environmental Law. During her time in law school, Baileigh gained valuable experience as a Summer Associate with the firm in 2024.

Baileigh received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Michigan State University.

Baileigh’s deep-rooted connection to Michigan’s liquor regulatory landscape spans three generations. Her grandmother served with the Michigan Liquor Control Commission (MLCC) for 35 years in Licensing and Administration, her mother worked at the MLCC for 19 years in both Manufacturers & Wholesalers and Hearings & Appeals, and Baileigh herself gained firsthand experience at the MLCC during college, working in the Finance Division.

Outside of the office, Baileigh enjoys traveling with her husband, reading, and exploring Michigan.
